mung beans
nuts

pea flour
potatoes
potato flour
psyllium
quinoa
rape
rice
rice flour
seaweed
sesame seed
sorghum flour
soy
soybean
sunflower seed
tapioca
tapioca flour
teff flour
wild rice
whey
yam flour
You want to be safe?
Stick to these:

vegetables
fruit
meats
But NOT safe are:

Deli Meats and most Sausages!

They may contain starch binders or
coatings.


Also be careful:

Some celiacs have issues with soy
milk since some of its proteins may
mimic the action of the glutens.
